Slightly used iPad Pro 11 inch from year 2020 and it does have cellular capabilities through Verizon. It also has WiFi and can be used as normal without any cellular service at all.

I used this to do art. It still performs perfectly in 2025. I just upgraded to a larger screen.
You’ll also get an official apple branded magnetic sleep cover (white case) and a switch easy cover buddy case (black case) that can be used with the Magic Keyboard (no magic keyboard included).
