The front screen has a little line from it dropping on the ground, and also lots of cracks on the back of the phone, the back of the phone is glass, so it makes sense why it cracked. Phone still works, but when it gets below a certain percentage, like under 20 percent, phone shuts off and the apple symbol comes on and off, so make sure to always keep the phone mostly charged. All in all though works great. I deactivated the ESIM on it, so you will have to activate your eSIM for whatever phone account you partner with. Camera still works great. Carrier is AT&T
