Knave of Hearts Cami (2011, LE 250) comes dressed in the Franklin Mint dress, bloomers and necklace from Rose of Titanic's "jump" outfit, and I believe shoes from a Tonner Cabaret outfit. Her head has yellowed somewhat over time (see photos) and her hair is not pristine, although it is still gelled into place. Her joints are tight, though, with no observable leg drop (see photos).
Note that Rose's clothes don't quite fit the Antoinette body in the bust, so her overdress fastening is extended with an unobtrusive small black safety pin.
She is very rare and hard to find, but she is absolutely gorgeous and this outfit suits her beautifully!
