This piece is square in shape, with decorative frosted crystal "shell-like" Art Deco designs along each side
The ashtray, or box, measure 4 3/8" from side to side at the "shell" like designs, or just shy of 4" from side to side along the smooth clear crystal edges; the box also measures 1 3/4" from top to bottom 
The interior bowl measures 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" with a height of 1"
The bottom edge is marked "Lalique France"
This piece weighs 1042.1 grams
Lovely Art Deco design crystal glass ashtray or open trinket box by Lalique. We love the smooth clear glass against the frosted shell-like designs on each side. Scratches/scuffs along the bottom, as pictured, as well as a scuff by one upper corner, as pictured. One inside edge of the lid has some chips, as pictured.
