Rare. Unique. Antique. Vintage. Made during the 20's, 30's 40's. It is a bit of a mystery but this narrows it down. It works without any flickering or hesitation. Piece is solid sturdy, no loose parts. Shade comes off easy to change the bulb. Table Top Lamp stands 12 inches tall. The base is 8"x5". Cylinder Shade is 10"x3". Lamp is brass, Fiberglass and metal. Color is gold with a black metal gazelle. Rotary switch under the Cylinder Shade. It's impressive for that time frame, very modern. Today, its just a cool piece of art that looks really good. Captures people's attention because it is rarely seen. Those are the pieces that I adore, those not every day, everywhere pieces.
