Lego Firehouse Headquarters Ghostbusters Modular 75827

Used authentic Lego 75827 Ghostbusters modular, build only no minifigures. The set was built with an extra thicker Lego MILS plates to make it easier to move around. The set is partially assembled as seen in the images and the rest of the pieces are in bags. There are a couple of broken brown pieces. There was also a custom light set up placed under the base to add lights to the building. Between the broken pieces and maybe some pieces that might be missing, I’d say the build is 95% as compared to new plus there are extra bricks for the base.
