Leslie Fay Petites Collection vintage polka dot skirt suit

This fabulous Leslie Fay skirt suit is from the early 1970's. The black and white union label help date it to before 1974. It's in like new condition. It does not appear to have ever been worn. The light weight year round fabric is 100% acetate and hand wash. Unlined. The label recommends Woolite. The jacket buttons down the front with domed faux pearl buttons. Gathered at the waist all the way around. The black and white polka dot fabric is textured. The fun striped black & white bow detail in the front is smooth satiny fabric. Shoulder pads. The skirt has a side zip. Back vent. Elastic along the back of the waist. Marked size 8 petite, todays size 2/4. Please use measurements to insure a good fit. The jacket measures 22" long. 15" across the top of the shoulders. 22" sleeves. Laying flat seam to seam it's 18" across under the arms, 15" at the waist. The skirt measures 27" long.
