This is graded ARS 10, which can be considered equivalent to a PSA 10.
ARS slabs have their graded label on the bottom of the card, engraved in metal. On the front is the name of the card, and the back is the grade and ID number. Their slabs are advertised to be water-resistant, dust-proof, and shock-proof! It is about the same size as a 130pt BGS slab, but is heavier and sturdier.
If a certificate is pictured, it will come with the certificate.
