Vintage Longines Ladies Ellipse Watch Manual Wind Silver Dial Hidden Lugs 28x32mm
This vintage Longines Ellipse ladies wristwatch is a fine example of mid-century Swiss design. The case measures approximately 28mm wide by 32mm tall and features the iconic hidden lugs.
The watch has a silver-tone dial with applied hour markers and slim black hands. It has been recently serviced and is running accurately. The strap is a brand-new black embossed leather band (not original to the watch). The stainless steel case back includes an inscribed date, adding to its vintage charm.
The inscription is dated from 1971, and at that time this may have been considered a men's watch, but by today’s standards, it would be considered small for a man but perfectly sized for a woman.
