This large lot is in Good As Shown Condition. A rough breakdown is 108 pieces of furniture and vehicles and 68 people. The people are 49 plastic I think and 19 wooden. Highlights that I noticed are I believe 4 from Sesame Street. 5 dogs 1 bad. 2 clowns, and either a dr or dentist. Some of the kids are the good ones. With the furniture there is 2 sewing machines and the Nursery and Playground items are really nice. I have included a few pieces that are questionable and they are not in the total count. What you see is what you get. Close to 9 lbs and will ship UPS.
