Lot of 4 RARE Antique Bisque Nodder Bobblehead of Characters from the Winnie Winkle Comic strip Made in Germany in the early 1930s.
In this lot there are 4 unique characters that each measure about 4 to 5 inches: Winnie Winkle - Signed/Impressed with "Winnie Winkle by Branner Germany" Perry Winkle - Signed/Impressed with "Perry Winkle by Branner Germany" Uncle Walt - Signed/Impressed "Uncle Walt Germany" Auntie Blossom - Signed/Impressed "Auntie Blossoms Germany"
The Winnie Winkle comic strip, was written by Martin Branner and was in print from September 20, 1920 to July 28, 1996 and these bobbleheads of the characters were made in the early 1930s. Their bobble heads are separate pieces held with string. Strings likely need to be replaced. And heads and currently attached. They are in good condition with some areas of paint rubbed off or fading. Please see photos for details.
