PLEASE NOTE: I know one of my screenshots shows i'm running macOS Sequoia and the install screen says macOS Sonoma, for some reason internet recovery would not install Sequoia so you will have to install Sonoma first then update to Sequoia, which is what I did to get it to Sequoia.
