Straps have two extra holes so the skirt can be worn at 3 different lengths, it is worn at the longest setting in the photo. Please note, this skirt is longer than your typical jirai kei skirt. So it is longer than knee length. This is a skirt. There is a lining layer. But there are no hidden shorts underneath.
