Here is Marvel Premiere #28 with the first appearance of “The Legion of Monsters” from Marvel Comics 1976.
The book comes with a clear backing board and in a bag that is slipped inside a top loader- for extra protection and display.
It is flat as a pancake and the colors are still nice and bright. The inside is spotless , with no markings or writing anywhere. Zero rips or tears throughout the book. The staples and centerfold are tight , clean, and rust free.
I would put the book somewhere between a 6 and 7 at Fine+/VF
