Items come as pictured. The house itself is in good condition. Shows slight patina as I show in the last couple pictures. All the furniture is in good to excellent condition. Some of the furniture is die cast and some plastic. All is either fisher price and or TOMY furniture from the 1950’s to the 1970’s ! All furniture made in Hong Kong or Japan. Furniture included :
