This dress is so beautiful, it has sadly not ever been worn. Does not have tags I am this dresses second owner, previous owner had not worn it. This is a rare set I do believe and was a special run, I think this dress is called decorative egg collection but I’m unsure. It does include the head-bow and dress still has waist ties attached. Very good condition. Fits larger bust up to a DD with some breathing room. I believe I originally paid 190 for this set, and would like to get some of its original price back because of its rarity and condition I am a little more hesitant to part with it. lol
