This is a Milagro Church with Virgin Guadalupe Mexican Folk Art from Mission San Jose. The wooden church is in the shape of the mission San Jose covered in Milagros aka miracles or surprises silver charms (was told they are silver when we purchased it at the Mission San Jose Church Store, not 100% sure).This is hand made in Mexico by folk artists and is a one of a kind art piece since each one is hand made and painted. The painting in the door way of the wooden church is of Virgin Guadalupa (Mary).
It has a hanging hook on the back, but we placed it on a shelf and admired it over the years. We are down sizing our collectables and want to re-home this beautiful peice of art to a loving home.
