Like new condition. I used it once for my dog and it hasn’t been put on since. Comes with original content and manual, except I swapped out the hard biothane belt buckle collar it came with for a quick release Elastic E-Collar Holder collar from K9 Tactical Gear (retails for $33) that’s compatible with the Mini Educator (see last two photos).
The original biothane collar it came with has been trimmed to fit my dog’s neck (~15”) upon initial fitting with a trainer. But I then decided to upgrade to the elastic quick release collar mentioned above for a more accurate and comfortable fit, which has not been cut, so it should fit your dog no matter their size. And according to its sizing description, “Once fitted, you can cut the extra webbing and heat seal the end if needed.”
Also comes with a bonus quick release belt clip for the transmitter (retails for $9.45)!
