This is older and does have signs of wear inside and outside. The outside hardcovers front/back have worn edges on corners and edges of book. Inside the book has 2 'CANCELLED' Black in color stamps. In pencils has a name written. Some more pencil markings and blacked out info as seen in pic 5. Pages have creases and folds. Noticed a few pages with rips and tears that have been fixed with tape. Tape is now yellowing. Pages have area/spots of dirt here and there. These don't truly affect the book or your read BUT they are there.
Also, I did noticed a few pages that look like something got spilled on it (Pic 11)- 3 maybe 4 pages with a little of these watermark spots.
