The base of this art doll is a Monster High G3 Toralei Stripe. Repainting of her face included watercolor pencils, acrylic paint, and chalk pastels (sealed in layers with MSC). Her hair is yellow, tan, and orange yarn, rooted directly into her head and styled in a bun/braid updo- I was trying to have it resemble a pumpkin.
Samoween's outfit is an orange cotton jumper dress with wing sleeves, yellow patches, and a hemp rope "zipper". Neckline, cuffs, and bottom are hemmed with layers of red and orange silk and tan cotton frills. Velcro closure in the back.
Shoes are made to resemble the 1980's "footie pajamas", in the same fabric as her dress, with shiny white soles. Sam has little wrist cuffs in tan cotton (velcro closures) to resemble the hay of a scarecrow. She also sports a hangman's noose rope necklace. Other handmade Trick 'r' Treat accessories include a Sam mask, a burlap treat bag, the lollipop, and the chocolate bar boxcutter.
