Brand new and comes with box! This item has been taken out of its packaging for inspection. The clear stand it comes with is slightly yellowed, which I find is a common issue with the clear plastic material they use to make them. It came like that, it was out of my control. But I still wanted to declare that detail before selling! As you can tell, he can also stand perfectly fine without the rubber.
