Vintage frilly circle Ruffle Dress in baby blue and white, featuring lots of lace, ribbon tie, button closure, and a small rose. SIZE UNKNOWN. Held measuring tape to garment for your convenience. SELLING IN USED IMPERFECT CONDITION. See photos for condition, note small hole at ribbon seam, may be an easy fix (I'm not a professional seamstress and I'd rather not alter such a delicate garment as an amateur.) This is quite possibly a handmade dress, there are NO TAGS. Rose applique is NOT ATTACHED, it will need to be attached or worn without; I'm unsure if the rose fell off or if it was never attached in the first place. The dress appears unworn- so maybe the rose was never attached. If I had to make a guess, I'd say this dress may fit a 0-6 month old. Not first owner.
