The Vajra Bell consists of three parts: the bell body, the clapper, and the handle.

​Bell Body:​​ Shaped like a bell, cast from resonant copper, with a round opening and neat edges. The top and entire surface are adorned with intricate floral patterns.
​Clapper:​​ Made of copper or iron, shaped like a hammer, suspended from the inner top cavity of the bell body.
​Handle:​​ Made of copper or silver, longer than the bell body, elaborately decorated. It often features a carved image of Manjushri (Bodhisattva of Wisdom) in the middle, with a hollow structure at the top.
