New. Only opened out of the package and turned on. Never used. Nothing is wrong with it. Works perfectly. Still 21 months left on the warranty. I do not have the original box, but I have the piece with the serial number. The tag is also still attached. Comes with the non slip heat mat, and a Dyson airstrait stand. Stored in the case in a cool and dry place. Comes from a pet free and smoke free home. I am only selling because I got a different color and I don’t need two. Bought directly from Dyson on 11/28/24 and warranty is registered with Dyson as well. I also have proof of purchase that will be included with purchase. Open to reasonable offers.
