This is a Jumbo pin of Oogie Boogie, the burlap sack, ghost gambler figure from the movie The Nightmare Before Christmas. He's black in color filled with colorful bugs inside of him and holds two dice in his hand. Behind him is a black and red roulette wheel with a blue and white border.
