Everything is tested and works.The console does have wear from use and the gamepad screen does have a scratch as shown in photo. Also the gamepads battery doesn’t seem to hold charge well and the system will sometimes squeak. I think it’s from the rumble or whatever they have in it. Other than that the system works fine. Will not include hdmi cord but pretty much any one will work. The system also has home brew apps downloaded but you can ignore them if you want and the system will work as normal.
