This is a Birthday Wishes Barbie doll. This is the FIRST in the series. It has NEVER BEEN REMOVED FROM THE BOX. I purchased this personally and it has sat in my non-smoking home since purchasing many years ago. It is doll #21128. Collector Edition Doll is First in the Series.
