This is a Jules Pansu tapestry. This tapestry is inspired from an "azulejos" fresco ornamenting the fronton of a Portuguese "quinta" of the 18th century. The azulejos glazed tiles are traditionally used in Spain and Portugal for home decorating and more specifically for covering outside walls.
