Bought brand new but they are missing tags as was a sample, in plastic bag. Never worn. I tried on and they were too big. I had been told they were an xs but based on measurements and fit I would say they fit a larger Small or a smaller Medium. They definitely have some stretch and have the smocked back waistband. Really nice deep pockets that would easily fit your phone.
