NWOT Tapoo of Palm Desert, CA. Vtg ‘90s example of ladies coolie hat shown in 1950’s catalogues. The style is intended to protect from sun & rain.
Accented with leopard cotton fabric tied in a bow and covering hat’s outer edge. Interior is a woven dome topped with a real mirror (see photo). Exterior has gradually sloping walls and is 6 1/2“ high at the crown. Interior circumference: 23.” I know there are female jungle & desert explorers out there who need this beautiful and functional hat!
