This detailed replica is a reproduction of the actual filming prop built by Weta Workshop of New Zealand 1st edition United Cutlery UC1265 Glamdring~The Sword of Gandalf from The Lord of the Rings trilogy.This original release version, known for superior metal construction and build quality compared to the later UC2942 Hobbit edition.
47 5/8", has a 36" mirror polished blade of 420 stainless steel. hilt features a solid metal cross guard with antique finish&genuine leather wrapped grip.
There’s some spotting on the metal, it did not polish off. Please note, it’s being sold as is, zoom in to pictures:)
