This is how I received the water bottle. As you can tell from the photos one side of the cap has the metal spring poking out.
This does not affect the use of the water bottle but can be harmful due to it poking out.
I believe it could be put back into place if you have someone strong enough or some tool to push it in, I didn’t! LOL
Other than the spring poking out, the water bottle is intact & perfect!
Brand new, never used. Just has been sitting in storage.
