These very unique Icet Arte Murano glass bowls are stunning. They were made in the 1970s in Venezuela, where the Icet factory is located. Arte murano glass is based on the famed glasswork of Murano, an island off the coast of Venice, Italy. Originally meant to be ashtrays, they can also be used as candy dishes or containers for any other small items, or simply as accent pieces for any table. They are each 8.5 inches long and 3.5 inches high at their highest point. Beautiful for any dining or coffee table, they can be paired with a matching centerpiece, also available. Note that one of them has a piece chipped off, and while you can see it in the photo, it's barely noticeable to anyone simply looking at it. Makes a great gift.
