Made by VIRGINIA METAL CRAFTERS - Maker's Mark is on the bottom under the felt.
I picked these up at an estate sale, the original condition would have had a spike on the top. I have seen these candlesticks with replacement spikes as well. They were used with Hurricane Globes too.
