He holds a piece of twine that looks like it was supposed to hold something, but whatever it is, I do not have it. The wooden base is a little chipped with some of the brown finish scratched off. Clothing may be faded a bit, but not sure if it's supposed to look that way or not. You can see some of the glue in spots, but that is from the manufacturer. His hair sheds a bit. I try to point out any issue no matter how minor. Otherwise, he is in good used condition
