Pepper kitty kitty kitten Tyco dsi vintage plus rattle purr

Pepper is adorable! His Tag still attached to his ear and has No bends. His Ribbon is not tied around the neck but is sewed to the neck. His Eyes look good, though There may be minor scratching. His whiskers are intact as far as I can tell (I’m not certain how many whiskers the kitties were made with). They have been pushed against his head so are pointed upwards and downwards on either side.
It feels like the balloon inside is fully deflated however, it doesn’t feel crunchy like a lot of them do once they deflate. The paws look very good, there’s two black spots on the back paw, honestly,it looks like possibly some of the black fur that’s peeking through from underneath the paw pad, but I can’t be sure. tush Tag is still attached and not faded. Still purrs/rattles.
I am not an expert and this is a vintage toy so it is not perfect.
