This is a retired Playmobil Hospital set, including 3rd floor and helicopter landing add-on set. This set comes with all that is pictured. I did end up finding the other helicopter guy not pictured but will be included. The ambulance is missing the stretcher as pictured. The top floor is missing a small wall piece as pictured. There is some type of marker on one of the floors. Might come off with a magic eraser. I really haven't tried anything to get it off yet, to be honest. Some small pieces are missing from some of the playsets. It was pretty hard to hang onto all those tiny pieces, but I tried my best. Comes from a smoke-free home and will be packaged with care.
