Super cool, unique costume we made for my mom for Halloween one year. The dress is a size 3x, has stretch. My mom was a size 2x when she wore it, for comparison. It's the entire costume you see in the picture.
Please note: this costume was hand pieced together so it's not perfect. The dress was bought from a thrift store. Sleeves were added to the dress, the hourglass is made out of a t-shirt. The legs were off of a different costume and sewn on. The sewing is secure. Mom had it tied in front for the picture (idk! Lol), but it should be tied in the back. Or you can cut the ties off, if preferred.
