Binder Condition—detected the following areas of wear on the binder:
-A bend in the front binder cover
-Minor rip on bottom of binder
-Binder edges are worn
-Some Post Cards have MINOR wear on edges
-Lugia Paper's bottom binder hole is torn
Regarding Cards— Almost ALL of these cards have minor whitening on the top (severity varies, but its not too bad even at its "worst"). Few cards have whitening on the bottom.
