Cylinder has 45mm stud spacing. ONLY fits on 66cc/69cc/80cc/100cc bottom ends (will not work with one piece 80cc cylinders or YD100 50mm bore)
I do all work by hand. There is no way to avoid the poor casting of the cylinder. There are three listings online of this cylinder as is, and no matter where you buy it; you will have the same issue. Only one factory produces the cylinder and the 100cc engine the cylinder goes to.
There is a approx 10 day turn around time. The cylinder is sent to me from NJ to NY (one week) and it will take approx 2-3 days to clean and port the cylinder. I will then send it via USPS Priority Mail.
