This vest is a bit older but still gets the
job done! Worn less than a handful of
times, it is like new. It is made of
Neoprene. The stitching is impeccable!
No broken or unstitched areas!
Competition (Comp) vests or
Impact vests are mainly used to protect
your ribs from falls, comfort, being
lightweight, & being in style.
Competition (Comp) vests are also
known as impact vests. In the wakeboard,
wakesurf, water ski and kiteboard
community they are very popular. Most
people prefer the comp vest because
they are lighter, thinner, more form
fitting, and provide more freedom of
movement. Competition (Comp) vests
are incredibly comfortable. A vest should
be as snug as possible while remaining
comfortable; it will stretch out when it
gets wet. REMEMBER: This vest protects
the upper body from hard impacts on the
water.
