QNAP 8-Channel License for QVR Pro

The QNAP LIC-SW-QVRPRO-8CH is an 8 channel license that expands a QVR Pro NAS based surveillance system by adding capacity for up to eight additional IP cameras. When your security network reaches its current channel limit, this license lets you scale coverage without changing hardware.

The license works only when a QVR Pro Gold license is already active on the NAS. Activation takes place through the QNAP License Center and binds the license to one device. The NAS must run on a 64 bit x86 processor, have at least 4 GB of RAM, and use QTS 4.3.4.0483 build 20180213 or later. Container Station version 1.6.1588 or newer must also be installed before QVR Pro can launch.

This expansion suits small businesses, retail counters, offices, warehouses, and homes that need to watch more entrances, aisles, or outdoor zones. Live views and recordings remain accessible through Chrome version 52 or later and Firefox version 48 or later, so managers and homeowners can check footage from any compatible computer.

Because it is a software license, deployment is quick. There is no need for a separate network video recorder or an additional subscription; you simply unlock extra channels on the QNAP NAS you already trust.
