On your actual 2016 Harpers Ferry quarter (first image), there appears to be extra raised metal on the front of the building, particularly near the center doorway and along the bricks. This does not appear on the reference design (second image), which has smooth, uniform brick and doorway lines.
That extra metal is most likely a die chip or die break, which happens when part of the coin die gets damaged or clogged, causing extra metal to fill in during the strike. It’s a known type of mint error for this design, and some Harpers Ferry quarters have been found with die chips in the building area or near the windows.
