I still can't believe I own such a beautiful creation and if I thought it stood a chance in my house with an incredibly rambunctious 3 year old and a 9 year old who is on the spectrum I would not be parting with it. This vase is absolutely stunning! I can't find a chip or crack on it. It is made of thick, heavy glass.
The details of this fox vase are just breathtaking. From the honeycomb textured body complete with embedded copper colored glitter to the smooth black upturned nose. It is a deeper reddish orange at the bottom and ombres up into a true orange then a yellow orange with white and black details in his face. You can see where the pontil is on the bottom. It has a sticker which reads, "Art Glass Collection, Collection (Vezze?) Artisanal.
A figural piece like this can easily get up into the thousands especially considering it's size so it is priced to move for his own safety. Help my little friend find his fur-ever home lol.
