*Internationally known glass artist Richard Silver uses architectural plate glass combined with vibrant jewel-toned hand-blown glass to create dramatic vessels. Born in the Bronx (N.Y.), Silver has a B.A. in Art Education, an MFA in Sculpture from Southern Illinois University, and teaches sculpture at the New York Film Academy in Burbank, CA. He has exhibited in the US, Canada, and Japan. His commissions include MCA Universal Studios corporate headquarters, The Museum of Tolerance, Los Angeles, The University of Southern California Hall of Fame, Sanyo, Harrah's Atlantic City, The Rose Bowl Most Valuable Player Award, and The Golden.*
