Hello all! This is a rare vintage ladies watch created by West watches in Hollywood, California. Photos included the old insurance paper offered by this company. I tried to research more about the company where abouts but to no avail the only info i have is the address that is on the paper. This watch is not keeping time. It got a beautiful little gemstone embedded on the wristband.Thank you for your time reading my post.
