Opened and in pristine condition.
These are region B discs that I was able to use without issue in my LG bluray drive on my PC to back up digitally to my hard drive. Once backed up, the region code is removed, and you are able to watch on just about any device. They were opened only to backup and have not been played in any bluray player.
This is your best option to be able to view it in English dub in region A. Trying to find an English dub version for sale is almost impossible and can run anywhere from several hundreds to a $1000. Just take a look at the searches on here.
