Brand new and never displayed. #4705 of #6000. These walking teapots are distributed at Siggraph back in 2007, which is a computer graphics expo.
Every year at the show, Pixar makes a new teapot, usually based off of their most recent animated film. Tthe Renderman name is actually a software plugin for 3D modeling program called Maya. Pixar uses that software with their plugin to make their animated films.
The tin includes the walking, chef teapot, a certificate of authenticity and a tiny booklet that shares more information about the render Man software.
