This is a fabulous dress by British designer Richard Quinn, one of my favorites really! In recent years, his rise on the fashion scene just keeps ascending and recently many celebrities wore his garments on the red carpet at the British Fashion Council Awards. This particular dress is made out of an interesting velour/velvety type material that has a bit of stretch to it. It has exaggerated shoulder pads and there is a bit of a ruched drape at the neckline. It is in excellent, pre-owned condition and was just worn twice for photos.
I will say it's a bit hard to get on since there's no proper closure - you have to just pull it over your head and the hole is rather small, so I definitely advise doing makeup first. Other than that, it's a stunner and retailed for around $800.
90% polyester, 10% spandex. Dry clean. Made in England.
