Royal Copenhagen 15" 1950s Art Deco Mid Century Sculpture Child With Frog Planter Vase
The beauty and innocence of Childhood is captured in this adorable Art Deco Piece.

This piece is quite unique and the child and the sand is matte, but the frog, clothes and basket are glossy.
This is a very rare, very large 1950s hand sculpted Statue of a little child wearing overalls with a frog in his lap. He is digging in the sand and his woven basket is a planter or vase. It has never had a real plant in in, just faux flowers and greenery, so it is very clean. There are no breaks chips or cracks but there is a place in the back that seems to have been reinforced. ( See picture of back) This item is very stable with no crumbling and will last many more decades to come. Any other flaws were done by the sculptor.
